Our servers are located in the United States. Accordingly, if you reside outside of the United States, by visiting our website, you agree that your information will be transferred to the United States, and processed and stored in the United States. Information We Collect
Lytx gathers identifying information when you visit any website owned or operated by Lytx, including without limitation www.lytx.com, www.drivecam.com, www.rair.com, www.lytx.com/en-gb and www.drivecam.com/en-gb.
When a visitor visits one of our websites, our system will gather information such as what kind of browser a visitor is using, what operating system they are using, their IP address, their navigation patterns, and referring site. Note that information is only gathered while the visitor is on a website owned or operated by Lytx. Lytx monitors how a visitor arrives at the website, but cannot, and will not, gather information about other websites the visitor has been on before arriving at a website owned or operated by Lytx.
Lytx employs cookies in order to gather the information described above and for its server to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. Cookies are small text files placed in the “Cookies” folder (or a similar folder) on a visitor’s hard disk and allow Lytx to remember the visitor. The cookies placed by the Lytx server are readable only by Lytx, and cookies cannot access, read or modify any other data on a computer. Most cookies are “session cookies,” meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. However, if you access the portions of the website that require a password, persistent cookies, which are not automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session, are often used. Most web-browsers offer the option to refuse any cookie, but they also usually accept cookies by default. You can change this default in most browsers and cause the browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from a website. If a visitor refuses the Lytx cookie, then Lytx does not gather any information about that visitor except for information specifically provided by the visitor.
Information You Volunteer
At times, Lytx may ask for more specific information to be entered as a means of registration before accessing a certain part of our website, in connection with payment for products or services or other similar reasons. Lytx uses this information to process the collection of payments, to understand its visitors and, with permission, to provide visitors with updates on the company and its products and services. A visitor may always choose to not enter any information, however, this may result in not being able to access certain functions of the website. You acknowledge and agree that by submitting such information, Lytx may send you e-mail and other communications that we determine relate to the submission of such information and may use the information in connection with the purpose for which it was collected.

We might give them access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions.
We may work with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, other contact information and Personal Information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
Changes in Corporate Structure
Lytx employs appropriate administrative, physical and electronic measures that are intended to protect the information gathered about you from unauthorized access. However, all Internet and electronic transmissions are subject to breach and none are fully secure or error free. Lytx cannot guarantee or warrant the security of your Personal Information.
