To complete the transfer, please provide

  • Transferor and Transferee Company Names
  • Contact Names
  • Contact Emails
  • Contract ID
  • Entity ID
  • if each company is Linehaul or P&D

Transfers are only eligible when the following criteria are met

  • The Transferor is a current Lytx client
  • The Transferor's devices were purchased directly from Lytx or transferred from another Lytx client
  • Devices purchased from indirect sources, such as Amazon and eBay, are not qualified for transfers.

Are you a new client to Lytx?

  • Fill out the 'Company Information Form' and submit with the completed worksheet to the Client Success Team.
  • Once we have received executed copies of the required documentation (referenced below), we will create an account for you and transfer the devices into your account.
  • Processing begins when we have received all the required information. Within 14 business days, both the Transferor and the Transferee should receive an email from Lytx that requests signatures via DocuSign to the required documentation (which includes a subscription services agreement signed by the Transferee).
  • After both parties sign the required documentation, the actual transfer process is initiated. When the transfer is complete, you will receive a notification.
Important: Transfer can take up to 30 days after both parties have signed documents on DocuSign.

*Important Note: Vehicles must be recalibrated through the LIA tool for self-installed devices.  If the transferee has a managed install, our teams are aware this must take place**
