Chris Cabrera joined Lytx as CEO in July 2025. With an extensive background in the artificial intelligence (AI) and technology sectors, Chris brings over three decades of leadership experience in enterprise and SaaS environments. He has been recognized by USC as “Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year,” by The Software Report as a “Top CEO of 2020,” and was one of Business Intelligence Group’s “Executives of the Year” in 2021.

For 20 years, Chris served as the Founder & CEO of Xactly, an AI-powered platform that combines revenue intelligence and sales performance management for organizations of all sizes. Under his leadership, Xactly grew from a startup to a public company, achieving over 40% combined revenue growth and profit margin, creating the market and establishing it as today’s market leader. Xactly has won over 20 “best places to work” awards, including being recognized as a top workplace by The Denver Post and Fortune Magazine.

Chris Cabrera most recently served as the Interim CEO at Provarity AI, the pioneering platform transforming how enterprise software companies manage presales engineering and the proof-of-concept (POC) lifecycle. His strategic vision and operational acumen helped the company achieve significant growth and establish a strong foothold in the industry.

Rajesh Rudraradhya is the Chief Technology Officer at Lytx responsible for the overall vision and strategy for Lytx’s products and technology, building on the company’s legacy of innovation and market leadership while driving it forward on a global scale. His role spans the company’s technology and product management organizations as they continue to create and lead the market with innovative, machine vision and artificial intelligence-powered fleet management solutions that help fleets stay safe, efficient, and productive.  
 
Rajesh has more than 20 years of technology innovation leadership experience, spanning connected devices, mobile and cloud platforms, developing product and technology strategy, and driving execution on a global scale. Prior to joining Lytx in 2020, Rajesh was the CTO at Snapdeal, the third-largest e-commerce company in India. He also served as CTO of Hike Messenger and as Director of Engineering, Android Applications, and Cloud Experiences at Motorola after its acquisition by Google.  

Rajesh has a B.S. in Computer Science from Bangalore University in India and a Master's Certificate from the George Washington School of Business.
 

John Buszka serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for leading operations and partnering cross-functionally to ensure we deliver a seamless and simple client experience that meets customer commitments. John is responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, order management, provisioning, installation, technical support, and small market customer success. 

John joined Lytx from Mitel, where he was the  EVP of Customer Experience for their Cloud (SAS) based telephony solutions. Before Mitel, he spent 17 years in Executive or Leadership roles with Compaq, HP, HPE, and DXC, spanning multiple business units and functional areas, including business and sales operations, global delivery, client management, global governance, integration, and transformational roles.    

John holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit.
 

Brendan MacKenzie, as Chief Financial Officer, leads Revenue Operations and all finance functions, including corporate finance, planning, tax, treasury, and accounting.

Brendan joined the Company as the controller in 2018 with extensive experience in operational effectiveness, system integration, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting. Previously, Brendan worked at Fleetmatics, a global fleet management telematics and software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm, supporting the company’s growth and ultimately their 2016 acquisition by Verizon for $2.4 billion. Before Fleetmatics, he worked at PwC as a senior manager in the audit practice.  

Brendan is a licensed CPA and has his MSA in Accounting and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston College.
 

Dave Riordan is the Chief Customer Officer at Lytx, overseeing the client experience for all customers and partnering closely with leading enterprise organizations to share and implement best practices. He takes a consultative approach, working with executives to design flexible, customized programs tailored to each client’s current needs and evolving business objectives.

In his role managing Lytx’s most strategic accounts, Dave leverages extensive expertise in Customer Success, including proven success in driving product adoption, securing renewals, and minimizing churn. With more than twenty years of leadership in business strategy, project execution, and technology integration, he brings substantial knowledge and experience to the organization. 

Since joining Lytx in 2009, Dave has drawn from prior roles as an entrepreneur in the business telecommunications sector and as a strategy consultant with Mercer Management Consulting in San Francisco. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Yale University. 

Misty Marshall is a Global HR leader with over 20 years of experience across various HR disciplines. She began her career in the BioTech sector at Life Technologies, where she spent 12 years, including through its acquisition by Thermo Fisher. Misty transitioned into the tech industry when she joined Viasat, where she partnered with the Global Commercial organization for 5 years. Misty brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA. Misty is passionate about optimizing HR practices to support business growth and employee success.

Shelley Bennett, as senior vice president and general counsel, oversees Lytx’s legal, legislative affairs and regulatory compliance matters. She also serves as corporate secretary and chief privacy officer.
 
Shelley has over two decades of legal experience and has served in numerous leadership roles. Prior to joining Lytx in 2011, she practiced corporate and transactional law both at SAIC and at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, joint ventures, licensing arrangements and corporate governance.
 
Shelley is a Michigan native and received a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
 

Steve DeMarco joined Lytx as Senior Vice President of Direct Sales in September 2025, where he leads the company’s global sales organization and go-to-market strategy. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and SaaS environments, Steve has a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams, accelerating revenue growth, and scaling global organizations.

Prior to joining Lytx, Steve spent 12 years at Xactly, where he worked alongside Lytx CEO Chris Cabrera as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Alliances, helping scale the company from a high-growth startup to a public company and category leader in revenue intelligence and sales performance management.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Niv Kagan rejoined Lytx in January 2026 as Vice President of Platform and Product, where he leads platform and product strategy and plays a key role in advancing the company’s next-generation platform, LytxOne. With extensive experience in AI-driven mobility, video telematics, and connected fleet technologies, Niv brings deep expertise in building and scaling innovative platforms that improve safety, efficiency, and operational performance.

Prior to rejoining Lytx, Niv was a founder in the video telematics industry, where he built and scaled an AI-driven fleet technology platform. He previously spent nearly seven years at Lytx, where he served as Vice President of Product and helped scale AI-driven video telematics and connected fleet technology solutions.

Niv holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
